Twilight and ZG+: what the tilt actually does

Most lift chairs recline the back and drop the footrest; the seat itself never moves. Twilight adds a third axis: the entire seat tilts back 30 degrees as a unit. That single motion is what produces the Zero Gravity Plus position, legs elevated above the heart with the spine supported in its natural curve, the posture physiotherapists mean when they say zero gravity.
