Does ADP cover incontinence products in Ontario?
No. ADP does not cover incontinence supplies. Briefs, protective underwear, pads, underpads and continence skincare are paid for by the person, a family member, or whatever private plan has already named the item in writing.
What continence products do you carry?
TENA and Prevail only: incontinence briefs, protective underwear, incontinence pads, underpads and continence skincare. We do not carry every brand on a grocery shelf. If you need a named SKU, call and we will say whether it is on the floor.
What is the difference between briefs and protective underwear?
A brief tabs closed around the waist, which is the right shape for someone who is in bed or who cannot stand to pull clothing up. Protective underwear pulls on like ordinary underwear, which is the right shape for someone who is still walking to the toilet.
Are underpads the same as briefs?
No. An underpad stays on the bed, the chair or the car seat. A brief or protective underwear stays on the person. Most households that leak at night need both.
Do I need a prescription for incontinence supplies?
Not from us, as a store rule. If a clinician already named a product or a size, bring that note. It stops a wrong case going home.
Can I pick these up in Brampton today?

How do I choose a size?
Measure the waist and the hips, then match the range printed on the pack. Clothing size on a shirt is the wrong number. If you cannot measure, come in and we will do it, or send the two numbers by phone.
Where else should I look if toileting is the hard part?
Bathroom safety first: raised toilet seats, commodes and grab bars. Medical supplies if you also need urinals or everyday clinic items. Continence products on this page are the wearables and the bed protection.
