In Ontario, homecare beds are taxable unless you can provide a note from your doctor prescribing the bed for you. Ask our representative for more details

We work with certain insurance companies directly. Some company may need user to submit the claim themselves. We can guide you through how to submit a claim to your insurance company.

There is no funding program that covers rentals for medical equipment. However if you are under Ontario Disability Support Program, you may talk to your caseworker for the approval for short term rentals.

Most of our rental product requires security deposit. The security deposit is refundable as long as there is no accidental damage on the product. Standard wear and tear is not considered a damage.

For Example, if you rent a hospital bed from us, its your responsibility to keep the bed and mattress clean and free from liquid spills. If there is any spills on the mattress or damage on the bed, some or whole amount will be deducted towards the repair of the product.

We know accident happens, which is why we will work closely with you to come up with the solutions to resolve the issue. We will make sure to replace the item for you, so you or your loved one doesn’t go thru the discomfort.

If the issue is with the product, we will replace for free. If the damage occurred due to user’s negligence, it will be user’s responsibility to repair or replacement the product.

Yes, you do have a choice to buy the product you are renting. We will credit you the amount you paid in rent.

If you decide to return and buy a new product from us, we will provide you 50% credit of the rental amount.

Yes, you can pickup your rental equipment, however some rental product are heavy or requires assembly and cannot be picked up. We provide affordable delivery and pickup services.
