Cookie policy

A cookie is a small file placed on your computer, tablet or phone by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, which works much the same way from your point of view.

Cookies cannot read other files on your device, and they cannot carry a virus. What they can do is remember something between page loads or visits.

These support sessions, shopping carts, sign-in, security and your cookie choices. Your browser can block them, but doing so may prevent those services from working.

This site has an accessibility panel offering larger text, high contrast, underlined links and read-aloud. Your choices are stored locally on your own device so the site looks the same when you come back.

That information is not sent to us, is not linked to you, and is not used for anything else. Clearing your browser data resets it.

Google Analytics and Google Ads load after you accept optional cookies. They measure visits, successfully saved enquiries, fully paid online orders and calls from advertising. A Google forwarding number may replace our displayed business number and connect your call to us.

Our event payloads use general page groups, advertising click references, anonymous conversion references and paid order values and currencies. They exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, product names and health information. Google's own tags may also receive public page addresses and technical connection information. Tags are not loaded on private account, document or payment pages, or pages with unrecognised URL parameters.

With optional-cookie consent, our first-party campaign cookie can last up to 90 days. It links an advertising visit to an enquiry, quotation and resulting sale in our business system. Withdrawing consent removes this cookie and stops future optional measurement, but does not erase reports or business records already created.

Some pages include content from other companies, such as embedded maps, videos or manufacturer material. Those providers may set their own cookies when their content loads.

We do not control those cookies. If that concerns you, most browsers allow third party cookies to be blocked separately, and the pages will still be readable.

Choose Only essentials to refuse optional tracking, or I agree to accept it. Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent browsing, enquiries or ordering.

Every major browser lets you see what is stored, delete it, and decide what to accept in future. The setting is usually under Privacy or Privacy and Security.

• Safari: Settings, then Privacy, where you can block cross-site tracking.
• Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions.
• Firefox: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data.

Blocking all cookies will stop the cart and sign-in working, on this and most other websites. Blocking analytics and third party cookies only will not affect anything here.
