Parts desk, Brampton

Find the exact part for the equipment you already own.

Start with the machine. Type its name, its model number or the part number off the old part, and we will open the parts list for it: what fits, what it costs, and a picture where we have one.

Not sure of the name? Send us a photo and we will identify it.

Which kind of equipment is the part for?

Parts are filed under the machine they belong to, not under what they look like, because a strap for a ceiling lift and a strap for a bath lift are not interchangeable. Pick the family and we will show you the collection.

The motor, the lifting strap and its hook, the hand control, the charger and the battery for an overhead lift. Handicare C and A series, Savaria M series and the portable units.

Bring the serial number if you have it. It settles which generation you have.

An actuator that will not stop at the top is usually the control box, not the actuator.

Scooter parts
Scooter partsWheels and more

A wheel is rarely one part. Some people need the tire only, some need the tube, and some need the rim, the hub, the wheel key, the bolts or the bushings. Tillers, seats, lights and battery chargers too.

Tell us the wheel size off the sidewall and whether it is solid or pneumatic.

Straight to your machine

The machines we already hold parts for.

Each of these opens a parts finder built for that machine: the parts we stock for it, grouped the way it comes apart, with an exploded drawing where we have one. If yours is not here, search for it above or ask us.

Shop by type

Shop replacement parts by type

The busiest part groups in the catalogue, four at a time. Every one of them opens the full collection.

How the finder works

Three steps, and a person at the end of all of them.

1

Name the machine

Type the model into the box at the top, or pick the family from the cards above. The model number is usually on a label under the seat, behind the battery cover or on the motor housing.

2

Point at the part

Where we hold an exploded drawing, the parts finder for that machine shows it with numbered pins: click a number and the list jumps to that part. Where we do not, the parts are grouped the way the machine comes apart.

3

Order it, or ask us

Priced parts go straight in the cart. Anything we price by hand gets a written quote from the order desk. If you are not sure, send a photo and we will tell you what it is before you spend anything.

Not sure what broke?

Send us a photo and we will identify it.

Photograph the part, or the place it came off, and tell us what the machine is doing. Our order desk identifies parts for this equipment every day, and we would rather ask you one question now than ship you the wrong bolt.

Questions we get at the parts desk

I only need the tire, not the whole wheel. Can I buy that?

Yes, where the manufacturer sells it separately. A scooter wheel is usually a tire, a tube on pneumatic wheels, a rim in two halves, a hub, a wheel key and the bolts and bushings that hold it together, and any one of those can be ordered on its own. Tell us the wheel size off the sidewall and whether it is solid or pneumatic and we will list the pieces.

How do I find my model number?

On a scooter or powerchair it is usually on a label under the seat or behind the battery cover. On a ceiling lift it is on the motor housing. On a bath lift it is on the underside of the seat. On a hospital bed it is on the head end frame. If the label has worn off, send us a photo of the machine.

Do you have exploded diagrams?

For some machines, yes, and those show as a numbered drawing on the parts finder page for that machine. Where we do not have a drawing we hold the manufacturer parts manual as a PDF instead, and it is linked on the same page. We are adding drawings as we get them.

Can you fit the part for me?

Yes. Our technicians service the equipment we sell, in the home and in the showroom, and a service visit is often cheaper than a wrong part. Book a repair and tell us what it is doing.

Why is there no price on some parts?

Because we will not invent one. Parts we stock and price online show the price and go in the cart. Anything ordered in from the manufacturer is priced when we have the current cost and freight, so it shows a quote request instead and you get a written price before anything is ordered.
