The Axiom Air LTE cushion is Ki Mobility's 1 lb (0.5 kg) general-use air wheelchair cushion for Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. The live card prints a 3 inch (7.6 cm) height and four sizes only: 16x16, 16x18, 18x16, and 18x18 inches. Interconnected 3 inch cells share one valve. A hand pump is included.

This is a quote-only size. A seating therapist confirms which of the four sizes to order. The product card does not print a weight capacity. The May 2024 owner's manual prints 315 lbs (143 kg). The April 2026 Axiom order form prints 300 lbs (136 kg). A seating therapist confirms the rating. The Axiom Air LTE cushion fits a person who wants a light air cushion for a wheelchair, a lounge chair, or a short outing, and whose seat is one of the four sold sizes. It is a general-use air seat, not a Star multi-size cell cushion. Move to the Star Standard Air Cushion or the Star Stabil Air Cushion if the therapist wants a full Star size ladder and an unlimited printed user weight.

Air cells, cover, and daily check

The Axiom Air LTE cushion is flame-retardant PVC film made without DEHP, with a nickel-plated brass valve. Interconnected 3 inch cells follow body shape. The standard cover is a two-way stretch top, spacer mesh sides, and a non-skid bottom, zipper at the back. Check inflation at least once a day, and again after a change in altitude. Do not use a pump or cover other than the Ki Mobility parts that ship with the cushion.

This is an air cushion for wheelchair use, not foam and not Hydrolite.

This cushion or back support is an ADP positioning device category item. Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of positioning devices such as cushions and back supports when they are prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist with an eligible mobility device, and some income-support programs cover the full cost.
