What is the Tynor A-04?
It is a wide belt for the lower back. Tynor calls it the Lumbopore L.S. Belt. The back panel sits over the spine. Elastic pulls from both sides to hold the stays in place. The photo on Tynor's own store shows a grey belt with teal edging and two teal pull tabs.
What sizes are in stock?
Small and medium, both at this price. Tynor's chart on the A-04 page puts small at 28 to 34 inches (71 to 86 cm) around the waist, and medium at 34 to 40 inches (87 to 102 cm). Large and extra large are costed differently and are not offered at this price. Measure before you choose.
How Tynor says to put it on
Wrap it upright. Their manual says to follow the "up inside" label, set the back panel in the centre of the spine so the lower edge meets the sacrum at about the S2 level, close the hook-and-loop, then stretch and fasten the double-pull elastics. Hand wash below 30 C. Do not wring it. Dry it flat in the shade. Do not dry-clean. The product manual is attached.
