What is the Tynor D-07?
It is a knee sleeve with the kneecap left open. A silicone ring sits around the opening. Flexible stays run down the sides. Tynor describes it as compression plus side-to-side support for a weak or unstable knee. The fabric is a four-way knit. Tynor Australia lists the materials as polyamide, spandex, silicone, and rubber.
Which sizes are in stock?
Small and medium. Both are the same sell price. Large and extra large are not on the shelf. Measure the knee with the chart in the attached manual before you choose.
How is it different from the Comfeel pair?
The D-23 is a closed sleeve sold as a pair, for mild compression. D-07 is one sleeve, open at the kneecap, with side stays. If you only want warmth and light compression, D-23 is the simpler one. If the kneecap needs to sit in a ring, D-07 is the one Tynor builds for that.
