What is the Tynor D-23?
It is a knitted knee cap that you pull on. Tynor's box sheet says it is designed to compress and support the knee, warm the joint, and help circulation around it. The knit is anatomical, with a lighter zone over the kneecap so the cap is not pressed as hard. Tynor Australia lists the support as level 1, mild compression, and sells the code as a pair.
Who is it for?
Tynor's sheet lists weak muscles, swelling, osteoarthritis of the knee, and the period after surgery or an injury. It is a sleeve, not a hinged brace, and it does not replace a clinician. If the knee is hot, red, or newly injured, get it looked at before you rely on a sleeve.
What size is in stock?
Medium, code D-23M. Tynor also makes small, large, and extra large. Those sizes are not this listing. Measure around the knee the way the attached manual shows before you assume medium fits.

How does it compare?
The D-07 adds an open patella and side stays. D-23 is the plain compressive pair. Both are on the medical supplies page. Hand wash in mild soap and water, as Tynor's care notes say for this family of knits. Do not machine dry on high. The product manual is attached.
