Description
The Golden EZ Sleeper Twilight is Golden Technologies' EZ Sleeper with Twilight, a 5-zone power lift recliner with a tailored back, a track arm, a pocketed-coil seat, and patented Twilight tilt. Westin Healthcare sells it, delivers it, and sets it up for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Golden prints one size on the Canada sheet: PR761-MLA Medium-Large.
Golden's Canada sheet rates that size 400 lb (181 kg). Twilight tilt lets you raise the feet above the heart. Golden's Canada page also names four programmable AutoDrive buttons: Rejuv, TV Watching, Sitting, and Sleeping. A PowerPillow articulating headrest and power lumbar are standard.
Who this lift chair is for
This lift chair is for someone who wants a modern track-arm sleeper that still lifts to standing, with a pocketed-coil seat and the fifth Twilight zone. Families usually call us when they want to nap or sleep in the chair more often than they sit to watch TV, and a Cloud bucket is not the look they want.
It is not the slimmer track-arm twin. That is the EZ Sleeper Slim PR764. It is not a Cloud. For the current Cloud bucket see the PR519. It is not a 3-position chair. That is the Pride Essential LC-106.
- 5-zone Twilight plus MaxiComfort, made in the USA
- 400 lb (181 kg) Golden rating on Medium-Large
- Track arm, tailored back, pocketed-coil seat
MaxiComfort and Twilight positioning
Golden prints two patents on this chair. MaxiComfort is infinite recline. Twilight is the fifth comfort zone: the seat tilts so the feet can sit above the heart and Golden can call the result a feeling of weightlessness. Golden also prints a ZG+ position on the Canada sheet.
The five zones on the AutoDrive hand control move on their own. Golden's Canada page calls this a patented 5-motor system and names four programmable buttons: Rejuv, TV Watching, Sitting, and Sleeping. This is how Golden describes a zero gravity lift chair. It is not a 3-position chair whose back and footrest travel together. It is still a lift chair, not a hospital bed.
Size and wall space
Golden prints one size: Medium-Large (PR761-MLA). Golden does not reprint a height range in feet on that sheet. We confirm the fit in the showroom against the seat numbers below.
PR761-MLA: seat 22 inches (56 cm) wide and 21 inches (53 cm) deep, floor to seat 21 inches (53 cm), back 30 inches (76 cm), arm 8 inches (20 cm), overall 34 inches (86 cm) wide and 46 inches (117 cm) tall, 24 inches (61 cm) from the wall when reclined. Plan 43 inches (109 cm) in front from the back of the seat to the end of the open footrest.

Golden Twilight chairs compared
A 3-position lift chair moves the back and footrest together. Our 3-position chairs are the Pride Essential LC-106 and the Pride Heritage LC-358.
Twilight on Golden adds the fifth seat-tilt zone. The narrower track-arm sleeper is the EZ Sleeper Slim PR764. Cloud buckets are the PR519, the Cloud Plus, the Cloud Luxury, and the earlier PR515. Open-arm DeLuna chairs are the Rhea, the Titan, and the Venice.
Funding help for a lift chair in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund lift chairs, so plan around other routes. Funding that may help instead: March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), extended health plans, and community programs, and a lift chair's lift mechanism may qualify as a medical expense on a Canadian tax return when prescribed. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through before you buy.
Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA
Westin's own team delivers and sets up this lift chair across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, assemble it, and show you the AutoDrive hand control before we leave.
We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see a lift chair first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased lift chairs are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.
Lift chairs are oversized. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the chair is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.
