The Golden Venice lift chair is Golden Technologies' Venice with Twilight, a 5-zone power lift recliner with a padded seam back, a plush chaise, patented Twilight tilt, and Nirvana Swedish Air Massage with Far Infrared heat as standard. Westin Healthcare sells it, delivers it, and sets it up for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Golden prints one size on the Canada sheet: PL447 Medium.
Golden's Canada sheet rates that Medium 400 lb (181 kg). Twilight tilt lets you raise the feet above the heart. The open-arm set includes a cup holder, hidden storage, a power port with a removable reading light and tray table, a wireless phone charger, and a USB port. Standard fabrics are Sand and Stone.
Who this lift chair is for
This lift chair is for someone who wants Twilight tilt and Nirvana already on a Medium open-arm chair in Ashton Sand or Stone. Families usually call us when they like the Rhea's massage story but want the Venice tray, light, and two-colour Canada set instead of Sinda Lagoon and Umber.
It is not the Rhea. That is the Rhea PR447, Medium and Large. It is not the Titan. That is the Titan PL449, which has no heat package. It is not a 3-position chair. That is the Pride Essential LC-106.

MaxiComfort and Twilight positioning
Golden prints two patents on this chair. MaxiComfort is infinite recline with a four-way motion seat. Twilight is the fifth comfort zone: the seat tilts so the feet can sit above the heart and Golden can call the result a feeling of weightlessness.
The five zones on the AutoDrive hand control move on their own. Programmable buttons store the positions you want back later. Nirvana is standard. This is how Golden describes a zero gravity lift chair. It is not a 3-position chair whose back and footrest travel together.
Size and wall space
Golden prints one size: Medium (PL447). Golden does not reprint a height range in feet on that sheet. We confirm the fit in the showroom against the seat numbers below.
PL447 Medium: seat 22 inches (56 cm) wide and 21 inches (53 cm) deep, floor to seat 20 inches (51 cm), back 29 inches (74 cm), arm 7 inches (18 cm), overall 37 inches (94 cm) wide and 45 inches (114 cm) tall, seated depth 37 inches (94 cm), 25 inches (64 cm) from the wall when reclined. Plan 43 inches (109 cm) in front from the back of the seat to the end of the open footrest.

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund lift chairs, so plan around other routes. Service and warranty

Golden manufacturer warranty
Golden warrants the chair frame, lift frame, and recline mechanism to the original purchaser for life against breakage from defective materials or workmanship. On the Venice Canada sheet, mechanical labour is subsidized for one year and electrical labour is subsidized for one year. Electrical parts are covered for three years, then prorated in years four through seven. Fabric, foam, and pocket coils are covered for one year on that sheet. The warranty is residential only. It does not cover misuse, non-residential use, or exceeding the 400 lb (181 kg) capacity. We handle the warranty claim with you. Ask us if an extended warranty is offered for your order.

The Golden Venice lift chair is sold as Medium PL447. The seat is 22 inches (56 cm) wide and 21 inches (53 cm) deep, with a 20 inch (51 cm) seat-to-floor height. Golden does not print a Small or Large on the current Canada sheet. We confirm the fit in the showroom.
How Far From the Wall Does a Lift Chair Need to Be?
The Golden Venice lift chair needs 25 inches (64 cm) from the wall when it is fully reclined. Plan 43 inches (109 cm) in front from the back of the seat to the end of the open footrest. This is not a wall-hugger.
Does the Venice Include Nirvana Massage?
