The Golden Cloud Luxury lift chair is Golden Technologies' Cloud Luxury with Twilight, a 5-zone power lift recliner with an overstuffed bucket-back, a contoured memory-foam bucket seat, and patented Twilight tilt. Westin Healthcare sells it, delivers it, and sets it up for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Two hybrid sizes cover this Cloud: PR527-SME Small-Medium and PR527-MLA Medium-Large.
Golden's Canada sheet rates both sizes 400 lb (181 kg). Both seats are 23.5 inches (60 cm) wide. Twilight tilt lets you raise the feet above the heart. MaxiComfort positioning with a four-way motion seat, an articulating headrest, and power lumbar are standard. Nirvana Swedish Air Massage with Far Infrared heat, HeatWave, and deluxe heat and vibrating massage are Golden options.
Who this lift chair is for
This lift chair is for someone who wants the Cloud seat in Golden's Ashton fabrics, a memory-foam bucket, and the fifth Twilight zone, without the open-arm tray set on Cloud Plus. Families usually call us when they like the Supreme biscuit back but want the overstuffed seam Cloud Luxury instead.
It is not the biscuit-back Cloud Supreme PR519. It is not the S/M/L Cloud Plus PR525. It is not a 3-position chair. That is the Pride Essential LC-106.

MaxiComfort and Twilight positioning
Golden prints two patents on this chair. MaxiComfort is infinite recline with a four-way motion seat. Twilight is the fifth comfort zone: the seat tilts so the feet can sit above the heart and Golden can call the result a feeling of weightlessness. Golden also prints a ZG+ position on the Canada sheet.
The five zones on the AutoDrive hand control move on their own. Programmable buttons store the positions you want back later. This is how Golden describes a zero gravity lift chair. It is not a 3-position chair whose back and footrest travel together.
Size and wall space
Golden prints two sizes: Small-Medium (PR527-SME) and Medium-Large (PR527-MLA). Golden does not reprint a height range in feet on that sheet. We confirm the fit in the showroom against the seat numbers below.
PR527-SME: seat 23.5 inches (60 cm) wide and 20.5 inches (52 cm) deep, floor to seat 19.5 inches (50 cm), back 29 inches (74 cm), arm 8.5 inches (22 cm), overall 38.5 inches (98 cm) wide and 44 inches (112 cm) tall, 21 inches (53 cm) from the wall. Plan 42 inches (107 cm) in front to the open footrest.
PR527-MLA: same 23.5 inch (60 cm) seat width, floor to seat 22.5 inches (57 cm), arm 8.5 inches (22 cm), overall 38.5 inches (98 cm) wide and 47 inches (119 cm) tall, 21.5 inches (55 cm) from the wall. Plan 43 inches (109 cm) in front. Golden's MLA seat-depth cell on the current sheet is not clean enough to print here. We measure that depth in the showroom.

A 3-position lift chair moves the back and footrest together. Our 3-position chairs are the Pride Essential LC-106 and the Pride Heritage LC-358.
Twilight on Golden adds the fifth seat-tilt zone. The biscuit-back current Cloud is the PR519. The S/M/L open-arm Cloud+ is the Cloud Plus PR525. The earlier Cloud we still sell is the PR515. Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund lift chairs, so plan around other routes. Funding that may help instead: March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), extended health plans, and community programs, and a lift chair's lift mechanism may qualify as a medical expense on a Canadian tax return when prescribed. Lift chairs are oversized. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the chair is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Service and warranty
When something on the chair needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a distant parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.
Golden manufacturer warranty
Golden warrants the chair frame, lift frame, and recline mechanism to the original purchaser for life against breakage from defective materials or workmanship. Labour on those parts is subsidized for three years. Electrical parts (hand control, motor, transformer, control box, heating pad, massage unit) are covered for three years, then prorated in years four through seven. Electrical labour is subsidized for one year. The warranty is residential only. It does not cover misuse, non-residential use, or exceeding the 400 lb (181 kg) capacity. We handle the warranty claim with you. Ask us if an extended warranty is offered for your order.

The Golden Cloud Luxury lift chair is sold in two sizes. Small-Medium (PR527-SME) is the 20.5 inch (52 cm) seat-depth, 19.5 inch (50 cm) seat-to-floor, 21 inch (53 cm) wall-space frame. Medium-Large (PR527-MLA) is the 22.5 inch (57 cm) seat-to-floor, 21.5 inch (55 cm) wall-space frame. Both seats are 23.5 inches (60 cm) wide. We confirm the MLA depth in the showroom.
How Far From the Wall Does a Lift Chair Need to Be?
The Golden Cloud Luxury lift chair needs 21 inches (53 cm) from the wall on the Small-Medium frame and 21.5 inches (55 cm) on the Medium-Large frame when it is fully reclined. Plan 42 inches (107 cm) in front on SME and 43 inches (109 cm) on MLA. This is not a wall-hugger.
What Is Cloud Luxury Versus Cloud Supreme?
The Golden Cloud Luxury lift chair is the Ashton, memory-foam, overstuffed-back Cloud with Twilight. The Cloud Supreme PR519 is the biscuit-back Cloud with open-arm charger, table, and light. Both are 5-zone Twilight chairs rated 400 lb (181 kg). Fabrics and seat shape are not the same.
