What is the EZee Fold 3G Platinum Reclining Folding Power Wheelchair CH4088?

The EZee Fold 3G Platinum CH4088 is the reclining 3G folding power wheelchair: 150 kg (330 lb), 18 inch seat, about 35 kg, 12 inch rears, and a reclining back with an adjustable headrest. FDM prints up to 15 km on the 24V 12 Ah lithium pack. Westin Healthcare delivers and sets it up across Brampton and the GTA.

Who is it for?

It is for a 330 lb-class rider who sits long enough that a fixed back gets tiring. It is not a tilt-in-space rehab chair. Home and Well's 300 lb meta line is refused in favour of FDM's 330 lb table.

How does it work?

Frog-leg front suspension, flip-up arms, puncture-proof front tyres, compact fold for most cars. Charge 3 to 5 hours on the FDM table (shorter than CH4080/CH4085's 8 to 10 hours). Turning radius 37.8 in (96 cm).

• CH4070 5G if you are at or under 220 lb and want the lightest EZee Fold.
• CH4096 or CH4095 for a 300 lb 18 inch 6G (10 vs 12 inch rears).
• CH4080 or CH4085 for a 330 lb 3G (8 vs 12 inch).
• CH4088 if you need the reclining 3G back.
• CH4076 for 21 inch / 352 lb, CH4075 for 20 inch / 500 lb.

Frame 5 years, motor 2 years, battery 1 year, joystick 1 year (3G table) Wear items sit outside that table. Keep the lithium pack dry, use the matched charger, and do not exceed the printed capacity. Westin Healthcare can weigh a floor sample when two documents disagree.

Does it recline or tilt?

FDM describes an adjustable reclining backrest and headrest. It does not describe a tilt-in-space base. Do not order it as a tilt rehab chair.

300 lb or 330 lb?

FDM's specification table is 150 kg (330 lb). A Home and Well snippet says 300 lb. We use 330 lb.
