What is the EZee Fold 6G Folding Power Wheelchair 12 Inch CH4095?
The EZee Fold 6G 12 inch (CH4095) is the larger-wheel 6G folding power wheelchair: 300 lb (136 kg), 18 inch seat, 29 kg, up to 25 km on twin 12 Ah lithium packs. Agecomfort's spec table prints 12 inch solid rears. Westin Healthcare delivers and sets it up across Brampton and the GTA.
Who is it for?
It is for a 300 lb-class rider who wants a 12 inch drive wheel on pavement that the 10 inch CH4096 does not cover as well. Seat size is the same as CH4096.
How does it work?
Same 6G aluminum frame, 250 W brushless pair, and left-or-right joystick as CH4096. One Agecomfort feature bullet says pneumatic 12 inch rears; the specification table on the same page says solid. We use the table (solid) and will correct if HPU reprints the tyre.

Start with capacity and seat, then wheels, then backrest.
- CH4070 5G if you are at or under 220 lb and want the lightest EZee Fold.
- CH4096 or CH4095 for a 300 lb 18 inch 6G (10 vs 12 inch rears).
- CH4080 or CH4085 for a 330 lb 3G (8 vs 12 inch).
- CH4088 if you need the reclining 3G back.
- CH4076 for 21 inch / 352 lb, CH4075 for 20 inch / 500 lb.

Solid or pneumatic rear tyres?
The Agecomfort specification table says 12 inch solid. A feature bullet on the same page says pneumatic. We follow the table until HPU issues a current sheet.
Why is CH4095 priced above CH4096?
The 2024 HPU dealer cost is $1850 vs $1700. The 12 inch wheel is the paid difference, not a wider seat.
