Who it is for

This trolley is for a person who needs to shower lying down, when a bath lift or a seated shower chair is no longer enough. Beka names mobility groups 4 and 5. The caregiver rolls the trolley beside the bed and uses a transfer aid to move the person onto the mattress. Beka's 2014 owner's manual says a transfer is a two-caregiver job. The frame is powder-coated stainless steel. Eight 100 mm double castors with rocker-suspension roll the trolley. Fold the near rail, match the trolley height to the bed, then fold the rails up so the person cannot roll off. Tilt the surface for a Trendelenburg or reverse Trendelenburg position.
