Westin Healthcare sells it and delivers it for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Pride's US page stamps Heritage discontinued and points at Evolution. Pride's current US spec table rates S, Petite Wide, Medium, and Large at 375 lbs (170 kg), Extra Large at 500 lbs (227 kg), and XXL at 600 lbs (272 kg). The back, seat, and footrest travel together on S through XL. XXL is a 2-position chair. Total Comfort Seating is standard on S through Large. XL and XXL use a sinuous spring seat.
Who this lift chair is for
This lift chair is for a person who fits one of Pride's six Heritage builds and wants a 3-position lift and recline (2-position on XXL) rather than independent back and footrest motors. Families usually call us when they need a wider seat or a 500 or 600 lb rating that the Elegance LC-570 does not print.

3-position recline and lift
A 3-position Pride lift chair moves the back and footrest together. You can stop anywhere in that travel. You cannot raise the feet while the back stays upright. XXL is printed as 2-position: TV recline, not a full nap recline. Infinite-position travel is the Pride Infinity LC-525i or a VivaLift.
Pride prints an integrated battery backup. The 9-volt cells are not included. Lithium backup is optional. Heat and massage is optional on S through XL. Pride does not print heat and massage on XXL. Use Choose Size for Small, Petite Wide, Medium, or Large. Extra Large and XXL sit on the Model variant; ask us if you need those two.

Engineered furniture-grade laminate and hardwood frame. Quiet lift and scissor. Fire retardant to California bulletin 117-2013. Integrated battery backup (batteries not included). Transformer with 9-foot cord.
Standard Cloud 9 is Black Cherry, Pacific, Stone, and Walnut. Optional Lexis Sta-Kleen, Crypton Aria, and Ultraleather sit on Choose Color. XXL Cloud 9 is Stone and Walnut only.
Warranty is Pride's 7-year pro-rated limited term plus lifetime on the steel lift frame, except XXL, which is excluded from the lifetime frame term and stays on the 7-year pro-rated schedule only. Fabric sits outside that term.
Colour, size, and heat and massage
Use Choose Color for Cloud 9 and the priced Lexis, Crypton Aria, and UltraLeather rows. Use Choose Size for Small, Petite Wide, Medium, or Large. Ask us for Extra Large or XXL. Use Options if you want Pride's heat and massage on a size that Pride prints that option for. USB is not available when heat and massage is selected.
Heritage size ladder, or an Elegance
The LC-358 is Pride's classic 3-position size ladder, including 500 and 600 lb builds. The LC-570 is the Elegance S/M/L ladder at 375 lbs. The LC-525i is the infinite-position classic with zero gravity. Current Pride chairs we sell start at VivaLift.

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund lift chairs, so plan around other routes. Funding that may help instead: March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), extended health plans, and community programs, and a lift chair's lift mechanism may qualify as a medical expense on a Canadian tax return when prescribed. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased lift chairs are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.
This lift chair is larger than small parcel goods. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the chair is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Service and warranty
When something on the chair needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a US parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.
Pride manufacturer warranty
Pride's Heritage collection is lifetime limited on the steel lift frame and 7-year pro-rated limited on the motor, hand control, transformer, heat pad, massage unit, and scissor. XXL is excluded from the lifetime frame term. Years 1 to 4 are repair or replace. Years 5 to 7 follow Pride's printed 25, 15, and 5 percent schedule. Fabric sits outside that term. Exceeding the printed rating for that size voids the warranty. We handle the claim with you. Ask us if an extended warranty is offered for your order.
