Halo Healthcare lists a terry cloth upper for comfort and a laminated polyurethane backing for mattress protection. The protector is moisture resistant, fitted, and described as quick to change. Machine wash and dry.

There is no gel, no pump, and no hospital-bed strap system. Put it on like a fitted sheet, then put your usual sheet on top.
