Joerns Elite-G 600 Mattress

The Elite-G 600 is the Canadian Joerns foam mattress sold under the SZ600CA SKUs. Westin Healthcare sells it and delivers it for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. It is not the Elite-G 500 SZ500CA list, and it is not the US PrevaMatt series.

Joerns.com does not publish a dedicated Elite-G 600 page. The Canadian foam page that covers Elite-G and Deluxe prints a 500 lb family rating and does not define the 600 suffix. This page therefore does not print a 600 lb capacity. Stay at or under the rating Joerns prints on the tag that ships with the mattress, and at or under the bed frame rating.

Who this mattress is for

This mattress is for a person whose order or therapist note names Elite-G 600, or whose Joerns quote uses a PEGF or PEGS SZ600CA code. If the note says Elite-G 500, use the Elite-G 500 page. If it says Deluxe, use the Deluxe 500.

The three configurations on the 2026 list

PEGF3580SZ600CA is 35 x 80 in flat. PEGF4280SZ600CA is 42 x 80 in flat. PEGS3580SZ600CA is 35 x 80 in with the raised foam edge. Canadian dealer catalogues also name 84 in 600 SKUs. Those codes are not in this price list. Ask us before you assume an 84 in 600 exists here.

35 in is the usual Joerns EasyCare, UltraCare XT, or WeCare width. 42 in needs the Joerns UltraWide deck. Raised perimeter is a taller foam edge, not a metal rail.

How the mattress is built

Liberty Care's Elite-G 600 listing repeats the Elite-G 500 construction: multi-ply foam, a 2 in gel-infused visco topper, heel slope, stretch cover. Joerns.com does not confirm that paragraph for the 600 SKUs. Treat it as a dealer listing, not a Joerns.com spec line. The official Canadian foam photo shows the gel-swirl Elite-G core. Joerns has not published a 600-only still.

Funding help for a therapeutic mattress in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund mattresses or support surfaces. ADP funds, on purchase only, 75% of the approved price of manual and power wheelchairs, approved scooters, seating, and wheeled walkers for adults. OHIP does not reimburse this purchase. Ontario Health atHome (310-2222) and March of Dimes Canada can help some low-income applicants. Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), WSIB, ODSP discretionary benefits, and private insurance are the other common routes. Westin's own team delivers and sets up this mattress across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, place it on the bed, and check the fit before we leave.

Is Elite-G 600 a 600 lb mattress?

The SKU says 600. Joerns.com does not print 600 lb. Liberty Care's 600 page still prints 500 lb. We will not invent a number. Read the tag that ships with the mattress, or ask us to confirm with Joerns Canada before you order.
