These two SKUs are the 2026 Canadian Joerns foam bolsters for 80 and 84 in bariatric mattresses. The dimensions are from the Joerns list. Joerns did not publish a capacity or a fire-line sheet we could open.

This is not the UltraCare PrevaMatt 4 in / 8 in length-extension bolster (other Joerns bundles).

This bolster is for a Joerns bariatric mattress when the care plan needs the listed foam filler at the 80 or 84 in length. Match 39001472 to an 80 in mattress and 39001473 to an 84 in mattress.

Funding help for a mattress in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund hospital beds or mattresses. The provincial ADP page lists both under equipment it does not cover. OHIP does not reimburse this purchase. Ontario Health atHome (310-2222) and March of Dimes Canada can help some low-income applicants.
