Hoyer Repositioning Sling

The Hoyer Repositioning Sling is Joerns' in-bed mesh sheet. Westin Healthcare sells Standard NA25710 and Bariatric NA25711 in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. The Joerns repositioning manual prints 1000 lb / 454 kg on both the STANDARD and WIDE rows. Official chart 6190208 Rev C prints NA25710 at 1000 lb. NA25711 is the bariatric row on the 2026 Canadian list.

Joerns: designed to make it more convenient to re-position, turn or transfer the patient. Breathable, pliable mesh. Normally placed under the top sheet. Available with standard looped or figure-of-8 loops. Passive lifts only.

Who this sling is for

This sling is for in-bed turning, boosting, and lateral transfers when a clinician named a Hoyer repositioning sling. It is not a chair-to-toilet sling. It is not the Twin Turner and not a slide sheet without lift loops.

Sizing

Joerns prints STANDARD and WIDE. This page uses Standard for NA25710 and Bariatric for NA25711. A risk assessment decides which sheet. Confirm with a clinician or our staff before the first use.

Attachment and compatible lifts

This is a loop specialty sling. Joerns draws coloured loops (white, black, blue) for a seated transfer sequence. Passive lifts only.

The chart also names Calibre and HPL700 with a bariatric loop. Stay inside the lift rating if it is lower than 1000 lb.

How to buy, delivery and setup

The price is the sling you pick. HST is extra. Westin Healthcare ships this sling across Brampton and the GTA, or you can pick it up at our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive. If you buy it with a lift we already sold you, we bring the sling in, fit the loops or clips, and show you the attachment before we leave.

You are welcome to visit our Brampton showroom if you would rather see a sling first. For a scheduled visit, call (905) 451-7743. Same-day delivery is offered through our patient lift rental service when a lift and sling go out together. Purchased slings ship on a scheduled date.

This sling is a smaller good. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer can apply when the sling ships on its own. If it travels with an oversized lift, ask us for a freight quote. Funding help in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund slings. ADP funds, on purchase only, at 75% of the approved price: manual and power wheelchairs, approved scooters, seating, and wheeled walkers for adults. OHIP does not reimburse this purchase. Care and warranty

Joerns: machine wash warm, do not exceed 185 F / 85 C. Do not wash with bleach. Cool tumble dry, air dry, or dry at very low temperature. Do not dry clean. Inspect before every use. Destroy and discard worn slings.

Joerns' 2025 Hoyer sling warranty covers Pro slings for 12 months from purchase by the original owner. We handle the claim with you. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department.
