Size and fit: the 36 inch hospital bed or the 38 inch adjustable bed?

This mattress measures 36 by 80 inches, the standard hospital-bed mattress size: it fits the 8199's 36 x 80 deck exactly, and any other hospital-style bed with the same deck.

It does not fit the Harmony adjustable beds. The Harmony Hi-Low bed and its siblings use the 38 inch Twin XL deck, and Harmony cuts a different mattress for that width: the Harmony Hi Low Home Care Mattress Twin XL, 38" x 80" x 7", with the same Recovery 5 cover.
