Description

Joerns lists an optional trapeze on the RC 1000 product page and spec (6180131 RevB). TRPZ-1000-BM-CAM is the 2026 Canadian bed-mount code. This is not the UltraCare Patient Helper (N529AL) in the bed-accessories bundle.

The RC 1000 frame is a 1000 lb Camtec bed: deck 17-30 in, 84 in long (96 in with the foot extender), width 39-54 in. Joerns did not print a separate trapeze load on the sheet we opened. We will not invent one.

Who this trapeze is for

This trapeze is for a person on a Joerns RC 1000 who has been assessed for a bed-mount helper. It is not a floor-stand lift and it is not a ceiling track.

Funding help for a hospital bed in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund hospital beds. The provincial ADP page lists hospital beds and mattresses under equipment it does not cover. OHIP does not reimburse this purchase. Ontario Health atHome (310-2222) and March of Dimes Canada can help some low-income applicants. Veterans Affairs Canada, WSIB, ODSP discretionary benefits, and private insurance are the other common routes. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week. The price is this bed-mount trapeze. HST is extra. Westin's team delivers across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. If it mounts to a Joerns bed we already set up, we fit it on that visit. Call (905) 451-7743 to book.

Visit our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive if you want to see the part first. Freight outside the GTA is quoted on the order. Any charge is confirmed before we ship.
