Description
This is the adult Dolphin AutoVector. It is not the pediatric control unit. Joerns' 2021 manual prints 11.5 in W x 12.5 in H x 6 in D, 10 lb, 12 hour sealed 12 V battery, Storage Switch on the underside. Set that switch to Battery On or the unit will not charge.
Use Bed mode on a therapy mattress and Chair/Stretcher mode on the 17 x 17 seat. The same pump runs both when the hose and the mode match the surface.

This pump is for an adult Dolphin mattress or wheelchair seat whose original AutoVector has failed. If you need the full kit, buy the system.

Funding help for a therapeutic mattress in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund mattresses or support surfaces. ADP funds, on purchase only, 75% of the approved price of manual and power wheelchairs, approved scooters, seating, and wheeled walkers for adults. OHIP does not reimburse this purchase. Ontario Health atHome (310-2222) and March of Dimes Canada can help some low-income applicants. Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), WSIB, ODSP discretionary benefits, and private insurance are the other common routes. Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA
Westin's own team delivers and sets up this mattress across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, place it on the bed, connect a control unit when the order includes one, and check the fit before we leave.
You are welcome to visit our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive if you would rather see a surface first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service. Purchased mattresses are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.
Hospital mattresses are oversized. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the mattress is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order. HST is extra.
