Description
The Pride Go-Go Folding Scooter is Pride Mobility's S19 four-wheel folding travel scooter. Westin Healthcare sells remaining units and delivers them for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. It folds in three steps. It is not the Go-Go Carbon.
Discontinued: Pride has discontinued the Go-Go Folding Scooter (S19) and it is no longer sold new. Its direct current successor is the Pride Go-Go Carbon Folding Scooter, a lighter carbon-fibre auto-folding design. Call (905) 451-7743 and we will walk you through it.
Pride lists the Go-Go Folding Scooter as discontinued and no longer accepts new factory orders. Pride's spec table rates the S19 at 250 lbs (113 kg), speeds up to 4 mph (6.4 km/h), a 32 inch (81.3 cm) turning radius, and up to 9.3 miles (15.0 km) on sealed batteries or 13 miles (20.9 km) on the optional lithium pack. Call us about remaining stock or the current Carbon folder.
Who this scooter is for
This scooter is for a person who stays at or under the 250 lb rating, fits Pride's 16 by 13 inch seat, and wants a scooter that folds as one piece rather than coming apart into five. Families usually call us when a car trunk or closet needs a folded box, and they do not need the Carbon's 300 lb rating.
If you want the current Pride carbon fibre folder, start with the Pride Go-Go Carbon. If you want a take-apart 4-wheel with a higher capacity, see the Pride Go-Go Sport 4-Wheel. The Folding Scooter is not a take-apart Go-Go Sport or LX.
- A three-step fold that stands upright or lies down
- A 250 lb rating and a 32 inch turn
- Sealed batteries as standard, with an optional lithium pack Pride used to offer
Range, speed, and batteries
The Pride Go-Go Folding Scooter travels up to 9.3 miles (15.0 km) per charge on two 12 Ah sealed batteries, or up to 13 miles (20.9 km) on the optional 11.5 Ah lithium-ion pack. Pride's footnotes say range changes with rider weight, terrain, battery charge, battery condition, and tire condition, and that the number can move 10 percent either way. Ask us which pack is on any remaining unit.
Top speed is up to 4 mph (6.4 km/h). The charger is 2-amp off-board for sealed batteries or 2.5-amp off-board for lithium. Charge time depends on the pack. We do not print an hour figure Pride does not print.
Portability and transport
Pride folds the Go-Go Folding Scooter in three steps: fold the seat, pull the front unlock lever, then fold the tiller until it locks. Pride says it can stand upright or lie down, and that it is easy to transport at home, hotels, or airports. The scooter weighs 51 lbs (23.1 kg) without batteries, 71 lbs (32.2 kg) with sealed batteries, and 56 lbs (25.4 kg) with lithium.
Pride's product page prints a folded size of 37 inches tall, 19 inches wide, and 18 inches deep. Pride does not print an airline-approved stamp. Pride's own footnote says transport on commercial aircraft is subject to federal regulations and airline policy, and tells you to consult the airline before the flight to ensure the scooter and its lithium-ion batteries are permitted. Sealed batteries typically travel as cargo. Lithium rules depend on the airline and the watt-hour rating. Pride does not print a watt-hour figure for the Folding lithium pack on the current spec table, so we do not invent one.
Pride Go-Go Folding Scooter specifications
These figures are for Pride model S19, as printed on Pride's specification table and brochure. The specification tab holds the stored values. Pride brochure part numbers are S19WH1001 (sealed) and S19WH1002 (lithium). Westin's stored SKU is S19WH1003.
Weight capacity 250 lbs (113 kg). Top speed up to 4 mph (6.4 km/h). Turning radius 32 inches (81.3 cm). Length 37 inches. Width 19 inches. Ground clearance 2.3 inches. Seat-to-ground 20.5 inches. Seat-to-deck 13 inches. Seat 16 by 13 inches, gray vinyl. Front tires 1.5 by 7 inch solid. Rear tires 2 by 8 inch solid. Colour White. Optional armrests.
Warranty on Pride's spec table is 2 years on the frame, 18 months on the controller, and 1 year on electronic components and the charger. That is not the lifetime-frame block used on take-apart Go-Go travel scooters.
Go-Go Folding or Go-Go Carbon
The Folding Scooter (S19) and the Go-Go Carbon (SC25M) are different Pride models. The Folding Scooter is a 250 lb, 51 lb conventional folder that Pride has discontinued. The Carbon is a 300 lb, 35 lb carbon fibre folder that Pride still builds, with a 288 Wh lithium pack Pride calls airline-compliant if the airline agrees. Do not treat them as the same scooter with two names.
Funding help for a mobility scooter in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of a mobility scooter when the need is long-term and the scooter is prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every scooter qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through.
Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA
Westin's own team delivers and sets up this mobility scooter across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, unfold it, and show you the tiller, the charger, and the three-step fold before we leave.
We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see a folding scooter first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased scooters are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.
This mobility scooter is larger than small parcel goods. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the scooter is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.

Service and warranty
When something on the scooter needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a US parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.
Pride manufacturer warranty
Pride's Folding Scooter spec table is 2 years on the frame, 18 months on the controller, and 1 year on electronic components and the charger for the original purchaser. Wear items such as tires, shrouds, and upholstery sit outside that term. Gradual battery wear from storage, cold, or heavy use is outside the battery term. We handle the warranty claim with you. Ask us if an extended warranty is offered for your order.
Frequently asked questions
How far can a mobility scooter go?
The Pride Go-Go Folding Scooter travels up to 9.3 miles (15.0 km) on sealed batteries and up to 13 miles (20.9 km) on the optional lithium pack. Pride's footnotes say range changes with weight, terrain, and battery condition. Plan a shorter day than the headline figure if the person is near 250 lbs.
How long does a mobility scooter take to charge?
The Pride Go-Go Folding Scooter uses a 2-amp off-board charger on sealed batteries or a 2.5-amp off-board charger on lithium. Pride does not print a single hour count. Charge time depends on the pack and how empty it is. Use the charger Pride supplies for that pack.
Can I take a mobility scooter on a plane?
Pride does not stamp the Go-Go Folding Scooter airline approved. Pride says transport on commercial aircraft is subject to federal regulations and airline policy, and tells you to consult the airline before the flight to ensure the scooter and its lithium-ion batteries are permitted. Sealed batteries typically travel as cargo.
Can I take a folding scooter on a cruise?
Pride says the Go-Go Folding Scooter is easy to transport at hotels or airports and can stand upright or lie down. Pride does not print a blanket cruise approval. Ask the cruise line what they allow on board and in the cabin before you book.
Go-Go Folding vs Go-Go Carbon?
The Pride Go-Go Folding Scooter is model S19: 250 lbs, 51 lbs without batteries, 32 inch turn, discontinued. The Go-Go Carbon is model SC25M: 300 lbs, 35 lbs without battery, 53 inch turn, current carbon fibre frame. They are separate Pride scooters.
Will a travel scooter fit in a car?
The Pride Go-Go Folding Scooter folds as one piece. Pride's product page prints 37 inches tall, 19 inches wide, and 18 inches deep folded. It weighs 51 lbs without batteries.
How much does a Pride travel scooter weigh?
The Pride Go-Go Folding Scooter weighs 51 lbs (23.1 kg) without batteries, 71 lbs (32.2 kg) with sealed batteries, and 56 lbs (25.4 kg) with lithium.
What is the weight capacity of a travel scooter?
The Pride Go-Go Folding Scooter is rated at 250 lbs (113 kg). Stay at or under that rating. The Carbon folder is the 300 lb Pride folder.
Can I use a mobility scooter in the rain?
Pride tells Go-Go riders to find shelter in rain or snow and to avoid large puddles. Water can harm the electronics and rust the frame. If the Pride Go-Go Folding Scooter gets wet, Pride says to dry it, let it sit in a warm dry place for 12 hours, then check the tiller and brakes before you ride again.
Does ADP cover scooters?
Some Ontario routes can help with mobility equipment, including power scooters, when the need is long-term and an assessment supports it. Eligibility depends on the person's situation. A discontinued model may not stay on a funding list. Call (905) 451-7743 or use the funding page before you buy.
Is the Go-Go Folding Scooter still available?
Pride lists the Go-Go Folding Scooter as discontinued and no longer accepts new factory orders. Call (905) 451-7743 and we will tell you whether a remaining unit is on the floor, or walk you to the current Go-Go Carbon.
