The Innovators S133 Front Contoured Bolster is a padded foam positioning accessory that sits in front of the wheelchair seat cushion. It is not a cushion. Westin Healthcare quotes it and fits it in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area after a seating check.
This is the S133 front contoured bolster. It is not the S134 round bolster, and it is not the S059 hip bolster.

How it is built
Innovators builds S133 as a full-width front bolster with a centre pommel and two leg channels. The maker page lists 4 5/8 in height at the ends, 4 1/4 in at the centre pommel, 3 in in the leg channels, and 3 in depth. Order input is wheelchair width. Non-standard size or added gel is a different SKU (S172) and is not this card.
