Description
Who is this four-wheel rollator rental for?
This rental is for someone who can still walk, can safely use hand controls and wants a seat available for rest breaks. It can suit a visiting relative, a short recovery, a temporary change in endurance or a trial before buying. It is a four-wheel rollator with a seat, not a two-wheel surgery walker and not a knee walker.
How should the rollator be sized to the user?
Stand upright with the arms relaxed. The handgrips should meet the crease of the wrists so the elbows remain slightly bent while walking. The seat must also let the person sit and stand with control. Westin Healthcare confirms the available unit because the seat-height range has not been published for this rental fleet.
Bring the person's footwear and tell us where the rollator will be used. A fit that works in the showroom must still suit the narrowest doorway, bathroom turn, elevator and car used during the rental.
Is this the right walker after surgery?
If the hospital or physiotherapist told you to bring a two-wheel walker after hip or knee surgery, do not substitute this four-wheel rollator. A two-wheel walker has a different job and does not have the same seat and four-wheel movement. Ask the physiotherapist to confirm a rollator is appropriate before booking this product.
This rollator can suit a later stage of recovery when the person has been cleared to use it, can control the hand brakes and benefits from a rest seat. The medical team's instructions take priority over a product photograph or a general rental recommendation.

How does the rental work?
Choose one week for $50, two weeks for $60, three weeks for $65 or four weeks for $75. Rentals automatically extend unless you call to arrange the end of the rental, and weekly extensions are available after the first month. Call 905 451-7743 before the scheduled end date to confirm an extension or pickup.
Delivery, installation and pickup is $120, or collect from Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive in Brampton. HST is extra. If a deposit applies, Westin Healthcare confirms the amount and refund conditions before booking. Every unit is cleaned and safety checked between rentals, and the supplied rollator matches the booked function rather than the photograph.
Should you rent or buy a rollator?
One week is $50 and four weeks is $75. Delivery, installation and pickup is $120, so collection is often the clearest arithmetic for a low-cost short rental. If the rollator will be needed beyond four weeks, compare a fitted purchase with the next rental term before extending.
Rental dollars can be applied to a new equivalent purchase within 30 days under Westin Healthcare's rental program, but not to sale items. See rollators and walkers to purchase for longer-term options.
What funding help is available in Ontario?
This rental is not funded through ADP. OHIP does not reimburse a private retail rental. If this is part of a hospital discharge or home-care plan, ask the social worker whether Ontario Health atHome can arrange the correct walking aid through a contracted supplier, or call 310-2222 for an assessment.
Confirm the device type before applying for help or spending money. A two-wheel walker requested by the care team is not interchangeable with this four-wheel rollator.
How does delivery and setup work in Brampton and the GTA?
Delivery, installation and pickup is $120. Westin Healthcare books a two to three hour delivery window, and someone must be present. Customer collection is available from Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive in Brampton.
At collection or delivery, confirm the handgrip position, seat fit and brake control for the person using the rollator. Call 905 451-7743 before booking if the route includes stairs, a tight bathroom or a small vehicle. A rollator stays on a rollable path and does not move a person up or down stairs.
