This is the Adjuster O2 at 10 cm with the O2 Top Cover. It is not the 6 cm Adjuster, and it is not the Air Exchange cover used on Active O2 and Liberty Profile.

The Vicair Adjuster O2 is for a wheelchair user who needs an adjustable air-cell seat that can follow an uneven pelvis. Vicair designs the five compartments so a therapist can add or move SmartCells to help with a mild to severe pelvic obliquity, extra thigh support, or an above-knee amputation. How it is built

Vicair fills five compartments with SmartCells, small air-filled tetrahedrons that slide and settle under load. The pre-ischial bar is there to limit sliding forward. The whole cushion, cells still inside, is machine washable at 60 C. The O2 Top Cover on this SKU is the open-bottom mesh cover Vicair specifies for Adjuster O2 when breathability matters.
