Joerns F18 Pendant Holder

The F18 pendant holder is Joerns kit N818. It is the contour holder Joerns shows on the UltraCare XT Accessories sheet: it affixes to a Joerns assist so the pendant stows and can still be used. It is not the panel holder N106.

Who this holder is for

This holder is for a Joerns EasyCare that already has, or is being ordered with, the F18 SoftCare 1/2 length assist. Families call us when the pendant is hanging off the mattress or the cord is in the way of a transfer.

F18 or panel holder

N818 is the F18 kit. N106 is the panel kit. They are different mounts at different prices. We will not sell N818 as a universal clip. Bring the assist photo or the bed model sticker if you are unsure.

How to buy, delivery and setup

The price is the kit. HST is extra. Westin Healthcare ships this holder from our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive. If you already have the matching Joerns bed, we can fit the kit on a scheduled visit across Brampton and the GTA.

You are welcome to bring the bed model sticker into the showroom so we confirm the kit before it leaves. For a booked fit, call (905) 451-7743. Same-day delivery is the hospital bed rental path. Purchased kits go out on a scheduled date. Freight outside the GTA is quoted on the order. White-Glove Delivery inside Toronto and the GTA is on the shipping policy.

Funding help in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund hospital beds, mattresses or bed accessories. OHIP does not reimburse these purchases. Care, service and warranty

When a Joerns kit needs work, you call the shop that fitted it. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.

Joerns prints the long term on the bed frame (EasyCare 4 years electrical, UltraCare XT 5 years electrical, WeCare 1 year electrical). DC batteries and pendants sit on a 90 day wear term on those warranty pages. Confirm the Joerns term that applies to this kit on your order. Wear from regular use sits outside the long frame term.
