Joerns SafeLight Underbed Light

N641 is the LED SafeLight on the 2026 UltraCare XT spec. EasyCare and UltraCare XT sheets: three soft intensities, floor visibility for egress. The UltraCare XT Accessories sheet: installs without tools and lights the underside on either side.

Who this light is for

This light is for a person on a Joerns EasyCare or UltraCare XT who gets up at night and needs the floor lit without turning on the room. Families call us after a near-fall on the way to the bathroom.

SafeLight is listed as an EasyCare and UltraCare XT accessory. WeCare sheets do not print N641. Ask us before you order this kit for a WeCare or a Care 100.

Staff control and intensity

On EasyCare and UltraCare XT, the staff control list includes SafeLight under-bed light control, 3 level programmable. The resident kit N641 is the light. The staff overlay is part of a staff panel, not this SKU.

How to buy, delivery and setup

The price is the kit. HST is extra. Westin Healthcare ships this light from our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive. If you already have the matching Joerns bed, we can fit the kit on a scheduled visit across Brampton and the GTA.

You are welcome to bring the bed model sticker into the showroom so we confirm the kit before it leaves. For a booked fit, call (905) 451-7743. Same-day delivery is the hospital bed rental path. Purchased kits go out on a scheduled date. Freight outside the GTA is quoted on the order. White-Glove Delivery inside Toronto and the GTA is on the shipping policy.

Funding help in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund hospital beds, mattresses or bed accessories. OHIP does not reimburse these purchases. Care, service and warranty

When a Joerns kit needs work, you call the shop that fitted it. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.

Joerns prints the long term on the bed frame (EasyCare 4 years electrical, UltraCare XT 5 years electrical, WeCare 1 year electrical). DC batteries and pendants sit on a 90 day wear term on those warranty pages. Confirm the Joerns term that applies to this kit on your order. Wear from regular use sits outside the long frame term.
