Joerns Bed Angle Indicator

N501AL is KIT ANGLE INDICATOR UBED on the 2026 Canadian list. UBED is not expanded on that list or on the manuals we opened. EasyCare and UltraCare XT print 30 and 45 degree comfort pauses on the pendant. This kit is not those pauses.

Who this indicator is for

This kit is for a Joerns bed where a clinician has asked for a visible angle indicator. We will not guess whether it reads back angle, Trendelenburg, or both. Bring the request and the bed sticker. We order the Joerns kit that matches, or we tell you we cannot supply it.

AdvanceCare comfort pauses (30 and 45 degrees) live on the pendant and the staff control. They are not this SKU. See the EasyCare or UltraCare XT if you want those pauses on a new bed.

What we will not print

Degree marks, mount point, left or right side, and whether UBED means UltraCare bed or under-bed are unknown. A missing spec is better than a wrong one.

How to buy, delivery and setup

The price is the kit. HST is extra. Westin Healthcare ships this indicator from our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive. If you already have the matching Joerns bed, we can fit the kit on a scheduled visit across Brampton and the GTA.

You are welcome to bring the bed model sticker into the showroom so we confirm the kit before it leaves. For a booked fit, call (905) 451-7743. Same-day delivery is the hospital bed rental path. Purchased kits go out on a scheduled date. Freight outside the GTA is quoted on the order. White-Glove Delivery inside Toronto and the GTA is on the shipping policy.

Funding help in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund hospital beds, mattresses or bed accessories. OHIP does not reimburse these purchases. Care, service and warranty

When a Joerns kit needs work, you call the shop that fitted it. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.

Joerns prints the long term on the bed frame (EasyCare 4 years electrical, UltraCare XT 5 years electrical, WeCare 1 year electrical). DC batteries and pendants sit on a 90 day wear term on those warranty pages. Confirm the Joerns term that applies to this kit on your order. Wear from regular use sits outside the long frame term.
