Joerns N211 24V Bed Backup Battery Kit

N111 is official. The EasyCare 600 lb manual: in the absence of line voltage, bed adjustments can be made with an externally available backup battery, Joerns P/N N111. The EasyCare parts list: N111 = kit, battery and bracket, BA16 (battery, bracket, cable, hardware). The UltraCare XT 2026 spec prints N111 Battery Backup and on-board charging.

Who this battery is for

This battery is for a Joerns EasyCare or UltraCare XT that must still raise, lower and contour during a power cut. Families order it for rural lines and for hospice rooms that cannot wait on a generator.

WeCare lists an on-board battery backup accessory without printing N111 or N211. Do not assume N211 is the WeCare kit. Bring the bed sticker. We match the kit we can actually supply.

N111 or N211

N111 is the kit Joerns named on the EasyCare manual and the UltraCare XT spec. N211 is KIT, BATTERY, 24V BED BACKUP on the Canadian list, at a different cost. Amp-hour, chemistry and runtime are not on those sheets. We will not invent a lifts-per-charge number.

How to buy, delivery and setup

The price is the kit. HST is extra. Westin Healthcare ships the battery kit from our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive. If you already have the matching Joerns bed, we can fit the kit on a scheduled visit across Brampton and the GTA.

You are welcome to bring the bed model sticker into the showroom so we confirm the kit before it leaves. For a booked fit, call (905) 451-7743. Same-day delivery is the hospital bed rental path. Purchased kits go out on a scheduled date. Freight outside the GTA is quoted on the order. White-Glove Delivery inside Toronto and the GTA is on the shipping policy.

Funding help in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund hospital beds, mattresses or bed accessories. OHIP does not reimburse these purchases. Care, service and warranty

When a Joerns kit needs work, you call the shop that fitted it. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.

Joerns prints the long term on the bed frame (EasyCare 4 years electrical, UltraCare XT 5 years electrical, WeCare 1 year electrical). DC batteries and pendants sit on a 90 day wear term on those warranty pages. Confirm the Joerns term that applies to this kit on your order. Wear from regular use sits outside the long frame term.
