Who this raised toilet seat is for

This seat is for a person who has an elongated toilet bowl, wants a 3.5 in lift, stays at or under the 300 lb rating printed on the MHERTS cards, and does not need arms on the seat. Families here usually call when a standard-bowl 2 in or 4 in ring will not sit on a longer bowl.

Height and bowl fit

The MHERTS cards print 3.5 in of added height and elongated fit. Measure the bowl front to back, not the old seat lid. An elongated bowl is longer than a standard bowl. Do not put MHERTS on a short standard bowl. For a 2 in lift with a lid on a standard bowl, use the Drive 12063.

Come into a Brampton or Toronto store if you want the bowl checked on the floor. Mobb does not print a knee-to-floor formula on the dealer cards used here.

How it attaches

Medics Mobility prints that MHERTS attaches to the toilet bowl with no tools, and that two 6 in screws/bolts are included. We show you those fasteners at delivery. We will not invent stud, tile, or wall-anchor steps. This seat clamps to the bowl. It is not a wall bar.

This is a plastic ring. It is not a commode and it has no motor.

2 inch, 3.5 inch, or 4 inch, arms or no arms

Stay on MHERTS if 3.5 in on an elongated bowl with no arms is the fit. A 2 in elongated Mobb is a different SKU (MHERTS2). A 4 in elongated Mobb with arms is a different SKU (MHRTSD5 / MHERTSA), not this card. For an elongated Drive lock seat with tool-free arms, use the Drive 12013. For a 4 in water-line bidet, use the Drive PreserveTech bidet.
