Joerns UltraCare XT AdvanceCare 42 in Bed Panel

EXTPAN-XT-ADVTRD is the 42 in UltraCare XT Traditional panel with AdvanceCare staff control. It is the wide companion to PANEL-XT-ADVTRD. Joerns Comfort Extension sheet: a standard head panel on UltraWide plus an F17 assist does not meet the entrapment layout. Use the wide Joerns panel.

Who this panel is for

This panel is for an UltraCare XT on the 42 in UltraWide setting that also needs AdvanceCare staff control in a Traditional board. EasyCare 42 in EXTPAN kits are cheaper and will not be sold as UltraCare XT parts.

The 36 in UltraCare XT staff panel is the PANEL-XT-ADV family. Length kits are N341AL / N348AL, not this EXTPAN.

Width panel, not length extension

EXTPAN is the 42 in wide panel (Joerns 2021 notice). It does not add 4 in or 8 in to an 80 in deck. Order a length kit if the person is tall, and this panel if the deck is 42 in wide. Many taller bariatric setups need both, and they are two orders.

Finishes

Finish codes are Joerns' own tails. Natural Maple, Spiced Cherry, Quartered Oak and Bayou Walnut are the chips on the 2026 Joerns panel sheet. Warm Walnut (WL) is still on the 2026 Canadian list even though that sheet no longer prints a WL chip.

The price is one UltraCare XT 42 in AdvanceCare panel in the finish you pick. HST is extra. Westin Healthcare delivers and fits it to the matching Joerns bed across Brampton and the GTA. We confirm the bed model, the finish, staff or no-staff, and whether you need a head panel, a foot panel or both before we book the visit.

Visit the Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive if you want to see a Joerns panel first. For a scheduled in-home fit, call (905) 451-7743. Same-day delivery is the hospital bed rental path. Purchased panels are delivered on a scheduled date. Freight outside the GTA is quoted on the order. White-Glove Delivery inside Toronto and the GTA is on the shipping policy.

Funding help in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund hospital beds, mattresses or bed accessories. OHIP does not reimburse these purchases. When a Joerns kit needs work, you call the shop that fitted it. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.

Joerns prints the long term on the bed frame (EasyCare 4 years electrical, UltraCare XT 5 years electrical, WeCare 1 year electrical). DC batteries and pendants sit on a 90 day wear term on those warranty pages. Confirm the Joerns term that applies to this kit on your order. Wear from regular use sits outside the long frame term.
