Joerns Deluxe and Elite-G Stretch Zipper Cover

These SKUs are replacement stretch zipper covers for Joerns Deluxe 500 and Elite-G Canadian foam mattresses. They are not a new mattress. The price-list description is STRETCH width x length x 6 in. The CFL and CSW codes sit in the same Deluxe 500 / Elite-G category as the PDF, PDS, PEGF, and PEGS mattresses.

They are not P.R.O. Matt Plus covers and not the bariatric CBGF covers. Use a CFL cover on a flat 6 in Deluxe or Elite-G. Use a CSW cover on the sidewall / raised-perimeter mattress. Call (905) 451-7743 if the mattress tag is missing and you are not sure which edge you have.

Who this cover is for

This cover is for a Deluxe 500 or Elite-G mattress whose zip cover is worn, stained, or torn. It is not a Gravity 8 cover and it is not a P.R.O. Matt cover.

Size notes

CFL4284SZCA is the 42 in wide stretch cover on this list. The 2026 Joerns price list prints that SKU as 42 x 87 x 6 in. The code itself ends 4284, and every other 4284 SKU in this wave is 42 x 84. We keep 42 x 87 x 6 in on the variant label because that is the size we order against. We do not know whether Joerns will ship an 87 in cover or an 84 in cover under that code. CSW covers are 6 in on the list. Dealer mattress labels print raised-perimeter Deluxe / Elite-G mattresses at 8 in. We do not invent an 8 in cover height. If you need a cover for an 8 in raised edge, ask us to confirm the cut with Joerns.

Funding help for a therapeutic mattress in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund mattresses, mattress covers, or support surfaces. ADP funds, on purchase only, 75% of the approved price of manual and power wheelchairs, approved scooters, seating, and wheeled walkers for adults. OHIP does not reimburse this purchase. This is a spare part, not a full mattress. Westin Healthcare ships it from the Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive, or can bring it on a scheduled visit. Call (905) 451-7743 before you order if you need us to fit it. HST is extra. The price is the cover only.

Use a CSW sidewall cover. Use CFL on a flat mattress. Confirm the width and length on the old cover or the mattress tag.
