Hoyer Professional Slide Sheet

The Hoyer Professional Slide Sheet is the Joerns polyester slide sheet. The 2026 Canadian list calls the SKUs sheet slings. Westin Healthcare sells Small, Medium, and Large in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Official SKUs are NA25525 Small, NA25526 Medium, and NA25527 Large.

Joerns' 2025 Hoyer sling warranty covers Pro slide sheets for 12 months. The official chart does not print a safe working load on the Slide Sheet row. We do not invent one.

Who this sheet is for

This sheet is for in-bed sliding and boosting when a clinician named a Hoyer slide sheet or Hoyer Pro sheet sling. It is not a lifting sling with loops for a spreader bar in the way the repositioning sling is.

Sizing

Joerns prints Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large, and XX-Large on the Slide Sheet row. This Canadian list sells Small, Medium, and Large. Extra Large NA25528 and XX-Large NA25529 are not variants we show here. Ask us if a clinician names those sizes.

How to buy, delivery and setup

The price is the sling you pick. HST is extra. Westin Healthcare ships this sling across Brampton and the GTA, or you can pick it up at our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive. If you buy it with a lift we already sold you, we bring the sling in, fit the loops or clips, and show you the attachment before we leave.

You are welcome to visit our Brampton showroom if you would rather see a sling first. For a scheduled visit, call (905) 451-7743. Same-day delivery is offered through our patient lift rental service when a lift and sling go out together. Purchased slings ship on a scheduled date.

This sling is a smaller good. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer can apply when the sling ships on its own. If it travels with an oversized lift, ask us for a freight quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.

Funding help in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund slings. ADP funds, on purchase only, at 75% of the approved price: manual and power wheelchairs, approved scooters, seating, and wheeled walkers for adults. OHIP does not reimburse this purchase. For low income applicants, call Ontario Health atHome at 310-2222 or ask March of Dimes Canada. Care and warranty

Joerns' 2025 Hoyer sling warranty covers Pro slide sheets for 12 months from purchase by the original owner. We handle the claim with you. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Follow the care label on the sheet. We do not invent a wash temperature Joerns did not print on a slide-sheet manual.
