Description
The Hoyer Adaptive Power Cradle is Joerns' powered 4-point clip cradle, 500 lb, with its own battery, charger, and handle pendant. Westin Healthcare can ship it or you can pick it up at the Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive.
Who this is for
This cradle is for a Hoyer Stature or Presence (Joerns names both on the Adaptive Power Cradle sheet) when the caregiver should stay close to the person during repositioning. Joerns says it field-fits in less than five minutes with no special tools.
Fit and compatibility
Joerns prints a 500 lb safe working load, 360 degree rotation, a compact actuator, and a hand pendant in the handle. The Stature scale does not cut lifting height. The Presence uses a low-profile scale. The 9V cell named on that sheet is for the scale, not the cradle actuator. Confirm which lift you are fitting before you order. HOY-4PT-APC-W has no UPC on the TSV.

If you want the part fitted to a Hoyer we already service, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book a technician. We do not print a stock count or a same-day promise on this page.

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund patient lifts, slings, or lift parts. OHIP does not reimburse these purchases. If the part is for a lift already in the home, ask us whether a repair or replacement path exists through ODSP, March of Dimes Canada, or Ontario Health atHome (310-2222). Warranty
Joerns' HoyerPro and Classics PDFs put batteries, casters, and similar wear parts on 90 days for the original purchaser when they sit on a covered lift. Confirm the term for this SKU when you order. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department.
