The EasyCare is Joerns Healthcare's configurable full-electric long-term-care hospital bed. Westin Healthcare sells the 2026 grounded Advanced 600 lb frames and delivers them in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. The AdvanceCare pendant is standard on these 2026 SKUs.
Joerns' 2026 EasyCare sheet (6180123 RevG) prints a 600 lb safe working load and a 7 to 30 in travel range. The standard sleep surface is 35 x 80 in. The 8042 SKUs are the integrated 35-42 in width frames. Frame weight is 220 lb on roll-in-low and 230 lb on roll-at-any-height. The product page still prints 279 lb for roll-at-any-height. This page uses the 2026 sheet.
Who this bed is for
This bed is for a person who needs a hospital-style bed at home or in a care room and wants Joerns' current 600 lb configurable frame with a 7 inch low height. Families usually call us when someone is coming home from hospital or when a therapist has asked for EasyCare by name.

Roll-in-low or roll-at-any-height
Roll-in-low (RIL) rolls when the deck is low. Rubber feet and locking casters hold it still at height. Roll-at-any-height (MAH in the Joerns code) uses CareLock dual foot pedals and rolls across the published height range. The 8035 SKUs are 35 x 80 in. The 8042 SKUs open from 35 to 42 in.

Rails and mattress
These SKUs are frames. Joerns assist devices listed on the EasyCare 2026 accessory row include F025, F026, F028, F14, and F18. A mattress is ordered separately.
Funding help for a hospital bed in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund hospital beds. The provincial ADP page lists hospital beds and mattresses under equipment it does not cover. OHIP does not reimburse this purchase. Ontario Health atHome (310-2222) and March of Dimes Canada can help some low-income applicants. Veterans Affairs Canada, WSIB, ODSP discretionary benefits, and private insurance are the other common routes. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week. How to buy, delivery and setup
The price is the frame you pick. HST is extra. Rails, a mattress, and panels are added when you order unless the page says they ship with that SKU. Westin's own team delivers and sets up across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, assemble it, and show you the pendant before we leave.
You are welcome to visit our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive if you would rather see a bed first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743. Same-day delivery belongs to our hospital bed rental service. Purchased beds are delivered on a scheduled date.
Hospital beds are oversized. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the bed is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. White-Glove Delivery is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.

Service and warranty
When something on the bed needs work, you call the shop that set it up. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Joerns' EasyCare spec covers electrical parts for 4 years, the frame for 15 years, and welds for the lifetime of the product, for the original purchaser.

Joerns prints a 600 lb safe working load on the 2026 sheet and the product page. Stay at or under that rating, and at or under any mattress rating.
What does 35-42 in mean?
The 8042 SKUs are Joerns integrated-width frames. The sleep surface opens from 35 to 39 to 42 in. Fit a mattress that matches the width you set.
