These pads are the 2026 Canadian Joerns codes for the F14 half-length rail and the F168 full-length rail. Westin Healthcare sells them as a size family so the pad matches the rail on the bed.

Joerns did not publish a pad spec sheet we could open. The fit line comes from the Joerns price-list descriptions only. We do not print a thickness, a material, or a weight we did not source.

Who these pads are for

These pads are for a Joerns F14 or F168 already on the bed, when the care plan asks for a covered rail. They are not a rail and they are not a restraint.

Which size

F7539-CA is the half-length pad for F14SCAL. F7538-CA is the full-length pad for F168AL. Order the pad that matches the rail, not the mattress width.

Funding help for a hospital bed in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund hospital beds. The provincial ADP page lists hospital beds and mattresses under equipment it does not cover. OHIP does not reimburse this purchase. Ontario Health atHome (310-2222) and March of Dimes Canada can help some low-income applicants. Veterans Affairs Canada, WSIB, ODSP discretionary benefits, and private insurance are the other common routes. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week. The price is this rail pad. HST is extra. Westin's team delivers across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. If it mounts to a Joerns bed we already set up, we fit it on that visit. Call (905) 451-7743 to book.

Visit our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive if you want to see the part first. Freight outside the GTA is quoted on the order. Any charge is confirmed before we ship.
