These six SKUs are Joerns' Canadian bariatric foam mattresses with a stretch zipper cover. The size and cover type are from the 2026 Joerns list. Matching CBGF cover SKUs print the depth as 8 in.
Joerns did not publish a dedicated BGF spec sheet we could open. This page does not print a weight capacity. The 1000 in the SKU follows Joerns' Canadian foam encoding (Deluxe and Elite-G use 500). That is encoding, not a published rating.
This is not the Joerns BariMatt 1000 Plus, which is an expandable zip-on-side mattress. It is not Deluxe 500 or Elite-G 500 (those sit in the other foam bundle).
Who this mattress is for
This mattress is for a person on a wide Joerns or Camtec deck who needs a foam surface in 42, 48, or 54 in, with a stretch zipper cover. Match the mattress to the deck, not to the room.
Size
42, 48, or 54 in wide. 80 or 84 in long. Ask us if the frame is an RC 1000 that also opens to 39 or 54 in. We check the fit at delivery.
Funding help for a mattress in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund hospital beds or mattresses. The provincial ADP page lists both under equipment it does not cover. OHIP does not reimburse this purchase. Ontario Health atHome (310-2222) and March of Dimes Canada can help some low-income applicants. The price is this mattress. HST is extra. Westin's team delivers across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. If it mounts to a Joerns bed we already set up, we fit it on that visit. Call (905) 451-7743 to book.
Visit our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive if you want to see the part first. Freight outside the GTA is quoted on the order. Any charge is confirmed before we ship.
