PCP Toilet Seat Cushion 7018

PCP 7018 is PCP Medical's toilet seat cushion. PCP prints 2 in (5 cm) foam padding covered with naugahyde, hook-and-loop straps for attachment and removal, and a fit on standard toilet seats. Westin Healthcare sells the cushion and delivers it for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area.

This is not a 2 in, 4 in, or 6 in raised toilet seat. The existing seat stays on the bowl. The cushion straps over it.

Who this cushion is for

PCP lists bath safety, recovery, post-injury, limited mobility, and daily living aids as the use. PCP also prints that the cushion provides extra comfort when sitting on the commode. Westin does not give medical advice and does not claim pressure-sore treatment. PCP's own "helps minimize pressure sores" line is the maker's wording, not a Westin medical claim.

Fit and care

PCP prints that the straps allow easy attachment to and removal from a toilet seat, and that it fits all standard toilet seats. PCP's product page does not print overall width and length. Dealer reprints of 12.5 in by 15 in are not used here.

Wipe the naugahyde cover clean. PCP does not print a machine-wash instruction on the product page.

Cushion or raised toilet seat

7018 adds 2 in of foam on the seat you already have. A raised toilet seat replaces or stacks on the bowl with a hard plastic riser. If you need height more than padding, pick a published riser from the bathroom hub rather than this cushion.
