39001317 is the Joerns mattress retainer set. The EasyCare parts list: four retainers and attaching hardware. The WeCare parts list prints the same number as KIT, MATTRESS STOP. It is a different kit from N517 (two UltraCare XT side stops).

This set is for a Joerns EasyCare or WeCare whose mattress is walking on the grid deck. New EasyCare and WeCare frames often already have retainers. Order this set when a retainer is missing or bent, or when a used frame came in without them.

N517 is two side stops for a 76 in UltraCare XT head. 39001317 is four retainers. The Joerns names look similar on a packing list. We pick from the parts list for the bed you have, not from a generic "mattress stop" search.

How to buy, delivery and setup

The price is the kit. HST is extra. Westin Healthcare ships this retainer set from our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive. If you already have the matching Joerns bed, we can fit the kit on a scheduled visit across Brampton and the GTA.

You are welcome to bring the bed model sticker into the showroom so we confirm the kit before it leaves. For a booked fit, call (905) 451-7743. Same-day delivery is the hospital bed rental path. Purchased kits go out on a scheduled date. Freight outside the GTA is quoted on the order. White-Glove Delivery inside Toronto and the GTA is on the shipping policy.

When a Joerns kit needs work, you call the shop that fitted it. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.

Joerns prints the long term on the bed frame (EasyCare 4 years electrical, UltraCare XT 5 years electrical, WeCare 1 year electrical). DC batteries and pendants sit on a 90 day wear term on those warranty pages. Confirm the Joerns term that applies to this kit on your order. Wear from regular use sits outside the long frame term.
