Construction and how it works

Sensia Bamboo is a foam mattress. Orthex prints a high-density polyurethane support structure, ultra-firm high-density edge foam, a high-resilience Velva core, and a ventilated gel-infused viscoelastic comfort layer. The cover is a breathable bamboo and polyester knit that Orthex says is machine-washable.

Orthex does not print a pressure-injury stage for this model. We will not add one. Place it on a uniformly firm surface and use a mattress protector. Orthex recommends rotating the mattress head to toe about every three months. Adaptation is usually two to four weeks.

Which Westin beds this mattress fits

Queen 60 x 80 in is a consumer size. It does not sit on a 36 inch hospital deck such as the Drive Delta 1000. It can sit on a Queen home frame or on a compatible adjustable base. If you need Twin XL 38 x 80 in for a Harmony 3 or Harmony Pro, ask us about the Twin XL Sensia row. For a 36 x 80 in hospital foam, use the Blake Core.

Orthex manufacturer warranty

Orthex Canada prints a ten-year warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing or component defects or irregular use. When Orthex approves a claim, it replaces the mattress with the same model or its equivalent. Warranty claims go to Orthex. We help you open that claim.
