Yes. Orthex builds Sensia as foam for adjustable bases. A stiff innerspring that cannot bend will fight the motors.
Do I need a box spring?
No. The Sophia 4 is a platform. A box spring is not used.

Bamboo is a 10 inch mattress in a breathable knit cover. Waterproof is a 6 inch homecare mattress with a waterproof membrane cover that wipes down.
