The Pride Evolution LC-435 XXL is Pride Mobility's 600 lb (272 kg) traditional 3-position power lift recliner in the Sitting Pretty Evolution collection. Westin Healthcare sells it and delivers it for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. This page is the XXL build only, model LC-435XXL, not the 400 lb Petite Wide to Large sizes.

Pride's current specification table rates the XXL at 600 lbs with a 29 in (74 cm) seat width, a 22 in (56 cm) seat depth, and a 19 in (48 cm) wall gap. The seat is Total Comfort. A 2-amp lithium backup pack is standard on XL and XXL. Pride prints the XXL as Made in America of foreign and domestic parts.

This lift chair is for a person who needs Pride's 600 lb rating and a 29 in seat, and who is comfortable with a traditional 3-position recliner rather than an infinite-position VivaLift. Positions and controls

The Pride Evolution LC-435 XXL is a traditional 3-position chair: the back and footrest move together. Petite Wide through Large in this collection are enhanced 3-position with cup holders and USB in the arms. Those arm features are not on the XXL. The XXL hand control has a USB-C charger. Pride's XL/XXL insert covers the up and down buttons for lift and recline.

The 2-amp lithium backup is there so the lift still runs when the room loses power. The chair is not a substitute for a caregiver when the person cannot use a hand control.

Pride's Evolution sheet prints a 7-year prorated limited warranty for the original purchaser. The XL/XXL insert keeps a lifetime term on the lift and recline mechanisms and the chair frame, a 7-year prorated term on the motor, hand control, transformer, scissor mechanism, and lift frame, and 12 months on the lithium backup pack. Fabric sits outside that term. Exceeding the 600 lb rating voids the Pride warranty. We handle the claim with you.
