What is the Gentle Form back?
It is the Relax series back with gentle laterals. Power Plus says it gives moderate mid-line support and about 10 inches of lower thoracic support. Foam cubes come out so the back can be opened up for a spine that is not straight. The shell is aluminum, about 3 lb, with holes already punched for a headrest and for lateral hardware. A grey strip of TEK4 material runs along the bottom so that area wipes clean.
What size is in stock?
18 inches wide by 18 inches high. That is a standard size on Power Plus's sheet. The ADP device code they print for the standard back is SEBWM0026. That code is not a promise that funding will pay for it. Custom widths and heights are not this unit. The sheet's standard width range is 16 and 18 inches, and the standard height is 18 inches.

How it differs from the full laterals back
The full laterals Relax back is the deeper side support, already on the site. Gentle Form is the milder one. Both are Power Plus, made in Guelph, and both use the same hardware idea. The quick reference sheet is attached. More backs are on the backrests page.
