How it is built
Gel-infused viscoelastic foam over high-density polyurethane. Cover: Breathable washable coconut polyester knit. Wipe the foam with a damp cloth only. The coconut cover is machine washable in cold water. Lay flat to dry. No ironing. No bleach.

Orthex says the high side under the knees supports the sacro-lumbar region. The low side under the knees is the circulation orientation.
Is this the same as the 10 in bolster?
No. The 08 degree wedge is a low incline. The 10 in bolster is a taller knee support.
