Description
What is the Fusion 1?
It is Maple Leaf Wheelchair's standard-height back. The shell is aluminum and is punched for a headrest plate and for lateral hardware. The pad is a firm foam base with a gel-infused memory foam layer on top. Maple Leaf calls the side shape mild laterals, for basic trunk support rather than a deep contour. The cover is breathable and waterproof, and it is made to come off and go back on.
What size is in stock?
18 inches wide by 18 inches high. The stock code is SE0001359. Maple Leaf also builds other widths and custom heights. Those are not this unit. A therapist should match the back width to the chair and to the person's trunk.

What is not in the box?
A headrest and lateral pads are separate. Maple Leaf lists an incontinent Teck4 cover and custom sizes as options, not as part of this standard back. The brochure and the Fusion line manual are attached. Maple Leaf does not print a user weight limit on the Fusion 1 page, so this listing does not invent one.
