JAY Shoe Holders

The JAY Shoe Holders line is Sunrise Medical's foot, heel, and ankle holder family for Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Sunrise writes it to broaden the seating footprint and improve overall posture. Sizes on the current card run X-Small to X-Large. Four styles sit on one card. This is a quote-only positioning accessory. It is configured with the wheelchair through the ADP assessment, not sold as a last-minute cart extra.

Which chairs this fits

Sunrise does not print a chair-by-chair fit list. Shoe holders mount on the wheelchair footplates after the therapist sets lower-leg length. Confirm footplate size with Westin before you order. Use JAY Foot Boxes instead when the therapist wants a full enclosure.
