Description
The JAY Foot Boxes line is Sunrise Medical's foot, ankle, and calf enclosure family for Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Sunrise writes it to protect the lower extremities during periods of high tone and to reduce contact with hangers and footplates. Widths on the current card run 12 to 22 inches (30 to 56 cm). Depths are 8 or 12 inches (20 or 30 cm). This is a quote-only positioning accessory. It is configured with the wheelchair through the ADP assessment, not sold as a last-minute cart extra.
Which chairs this fits
Sunrise does not print a chair-by-chair fit list. Foot boxes mount on the wheelchair hangers and footplates after the therapist sets seat depth and lower-leg length. Confirm hanger type and footplate size with Westin before you order. They are often paired with JAY Shoe Holders or used instead of them when more enclosure is required.

A JAY Single Foot Box supports one side. A Full Foot Box covers both feet. A Full Foot Box with Divider adds a centre wall. A seating therapist names the style.
What Sizes Does Sunrise Print?
The JAY Foot Boxes card prints widths from 12 to 22 inches and depths of 8 or 12 inches.
Will This Fit My Hangers?
JAY Foot Boxes mount on wheelchair hangers and footplates. Sunrise does not print a model-by-model chair list. Westin checks the hangers before we order.
Is This Ordered Through ADP?
