Two things follow from that ladder. First, this chair is the only route to tilt above 350 lb: the H2T stops there, and this chair carries 500 lb with tilt. Second, choosing it over the fixed H3 costs 250 lb of rated capacity, so if the person is above 500 lb the H3 is the only chair in the series that covers them and tilt is not available at that weight. This chair shares its 500 lb rating with the H2, which is a coincidence of where the two ladders end rather than a relationship between the chairs. They are different frames and they are not interchangeable.

Height adjustable castors are available under order code HRZTAC. Handicare lists them for the H2 and H3 models. They let you set the seat height so the chair clears the toilet rim it has to roll over, which matters when the bathroom has a comfort-height or a wall-hung toilet.
